Day 35
Week 5

I am going to walk in my neighborhood for a cardio workout today.  I need some sun and fresh air.  I hate the cold and being in all day.  I try to hibernate but I know I have got to get out and get some fresh air.
Day 33 and 34
Wee 5

I did cardio on day 33 and day 34 I did my upper body WO.  I have been feeling a little frustrated because the scales have not moved at all.  I am trying to mentally get past that!!!  LOL  I still have not taken my 4 week photo.  I think I am actually going to wait until the end of week 6 to take them.  I did splurge a little more than I should last week.  Michael was home for the holidays and I was just bad!

Day 31 and 32
Week 5

I said I was not going to get on the scale.  For some reason I got on the scale today and have gained one lb.  I have obviously lost weight.  I can tell from my photos and the way my clothes feel.  That is the last time I will get on a scale until the end of this Challenge.  I guess the one good thing is it is going to motivate me to do better.
I did the salsa dance yesterday and I had a free meal.
Today is my lower body workout.  I will be doing this later this afternoon.  I am going to get serious. LOL

Day 29 and 30
Week 5

I did cardio on these two days.  Nothing exciting to post but I am feeling great and looking better.  I will post photos in the next couple of days!

Day 28
Week 4

Today I did my lower body WO.  When I put WO it will mean work out.  I am getting lazy with my typing.  I did a few new exercises and had a tough time with the last set.  I am running out of weight on my calves.  I am doing almost 300 lbs.  I must have some strong calves.  Michael says it is because I walk on my toes.  Jazzy walks the same way so I am sure she has some strong calves as well.  I am almost a 1/3 way through the challenge.  I feel like I am shrinking but I am staying off the scale.  I will take photos Wed. or Thurs for the end of week 4.
Day 27
Week 4

I did my upper body workout today.  I was actually supposed to do my lower body but I forgot and did upper.  I am going to have to fit two lower workouts in this week to make up for it.  Well, it was a great workout anyway!!!  LOL
Day 26
Week 4

I did a cardio workout today.  I just walked the neighborhood with Michael.  It was very late and dark out and not to mention cold.  I was determined not to miss my workout.
