Day 2  12-2-10

I did my upper body work out today.  I felt like crap but I made it through.  For some reason it seemed really easy to me today and I lifted a lot of weight.  More than usual!  I think the key is using supplements to get you through the workout.  EAS has good performance supplements.  I should be sore tomorrow.  So far the diet is so easy.  I am not sure why this is so much easier this time around.  I am not hungry at all and the food is great.  I love the Myoplex protein shakes.  They are very filling and yummy!!!!!
