Week 2
Day 8  12-8-10

I am going to do cardio again today.  I typically do strength training but I am still feeling under the weather.  People who have had this cold say it could take 10 to 14 days to get over.  If I can keep working out as bad as I feel I should be able to finish this Challenge with NO problem. 

Every Wednesday I am going to report my weight:

Weight: 165
Lost:  3 lbs
