Week 2
Day 9  12-9-10

I did my lower body workout today.  I took supplements to enhance my performance.  I do not think I could do it without it.  I think that is the key to getting into great shape!  I am enjoying the Myoplex shakes.  They are great after a good workout.  I can see some results already.  None ar drastic yet but I am on my way.  I am starting to finally get over this bad cold.
