Day 4 12-4-10
It was a Saturday but I made it to the gym. I did ny lower body workout. I am still feeling sick but somehow I am making all my workouts. That is when you have to dig down inside! Something inside to motivate or drive you when you feel sick, tired or distressed. I also found out my cousin died today. I have been very sad about that. She has always been in my family's life. So needless to say I had a rough day today and it is 1:30 am and I still have not gotten to sleep. One suggestion when taking energy boosters, is to only take it in the morning or you will be like me, up at 1:30 and not sleepy!!! LOL
Tomorrow is a free meal and no exercise. I plan to eat a big breakfast. I think I need the calories because I have been feeling very hungry today. I think to spread your free meals out to every few days helps keep the calories up and not feel so hungry. JMHO
