Day 6  12-6-10

I had a good upper body workout.  Two keys to getting through a workout that works for me are
1. Energy Booster
2. MP3 player with good music

I told my husband this and he tried this yesterday.  He said it made his workout much easier.  It helps you get into the ZONE.  I also try not to get distracted and talk to people.  I wait until after my workout.
