Day 19
Week 3

No workout today!!!  I ate a big breakfast for a free meal.  Tonight we will go out to eat but I will probably get fish, salad and a potato.  So far the diet has not been too difficult to stick to.  I spread my free days out.  Wed. is margarita and Mexican food, Frid. or Sat will be a free meal some time that day and Sundays I will either eat a big breafast or a big dinner that evening.  This seems to work well for me so far.
